    Your application is reviewed for fit and availability. If there’s alignment, we’ll schedule a discovery call to understand your project in detail.

    Your proposal will include scope of work, timeline, and payment plan along with a contract. This step establishes expectations for a smooth project flow.

    STEP 2: RESEARCH + STRATEGY

    With your participation and guidance, we research your brand, audience, and competitive landscape. This phase translates your goals into a strategic foundation for your brand identity or design system.

    You’ll receive a strategic direction specific to your brand and goals.

    STEP 3: DESIGN

    Visual assets will be designed to align with a strategic direction rooted in your goals and needs.

    Structured feedback ensures alignment and approval. This phase balances exploration with precision to ensure the work is both creative and strategic.

    Structured feedback is applied to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment across the full design system. Final approval is required before delivery.
